With years of focused experience in industrial pump manufacturing from our Ahmedabad, Gujarat facility, we design and produce a comprehensive range of centrifugal pumps that serve both process and utility duties across a wide spectrum of industries. Our centrifugal pumps are engineered with high duty impellers, precision machined hydraulic passages and robust mechanical assemblies that deliver reliable, energy efficient performance across all specified operating points.
Our range includes Centrifugal Bare Pumps, Centrifugal Metal Pumps, Stainless Steel Centrifugal Pumps, Back Pullout Pumps, Dairy and Pharmaceutical Pumps and Centrifugal Pumps CF3 with Flanges.
Propeller Pumps is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of Centrifugal Process Pumps in India, exporting to worldwide destinations including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Egypt, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and across the globe.
Each centrifugal pump we manufacture is built around the principle of converting rotational kinetic energy into fluid pressure through a precision engineered impeller. The heavy duty impeller fitted to our pumps rotates at the design speed and imparts centrifugal energy to the liquid, generating the flow and pressure rise required for the application. The impeller converts kinetic energy into pressure energy as the fluid moves from the eye toward the volute, creating a smooth, continuous discharge flow.
Our centrifugal pumps are available in back pull out construction, horizontal foot mounted single stage, end suction and top centreline discharge configurations. This standard back pull out design is a significant advantage in process plant maintenance, as it allows the entire rotating assembly to be withdrawn for inspection or replacement without disturbing the suction and discharge pipework or the pump casing itself.
Manufacturing conforms to DIN 24256 and ISO 2858 standards, with general compliance to API 610 for process plant duties. This gives our centrifugal process pumps full interchangeability with internationally specified equipment and makes them straightforward to integrate into projects governed by major international engineering standards.
Our centrifugal bare pumps are supplied as pump end units without a driver, for integration with customer specified motors, gearboxes or variable speed drives. This configuration is chosen by plant engineers who require precise speed control or who are replacing the pump end of an existing drive train.
Our centrifugal metal pumps are produced in a range of metallic materials of construction to suit the chemical, thermal and mechanical demands of the service. Material options include Cast Iron, Cast Steel, SS304, SS316, SS304L, SS316L, Alloy 20, CD4MCu, Hastelloy B and Hastelloy C. This broad material range means that our centrifugal metal pumps can be correctly specified for everything from clean water and mild process fluids through to strongly oxidising and reducing chemicals at elevated temperatures and concentrations.
Capacity range: Up to 700 cubic metres per hour
Head range: Up to 150 metres
Our stainless steel centrifugal pump range is designed for applications where hygienic construction, product purity and resistance to chemical attack are the governing selection criteria. Available in SS304 and SS316 grades as standard, these pumps are fabricated with all wetted parts in stainless steel, eliminating the risk of metallic contamination of sensitive process fluids.
The stainless steel centrifugal pump is the standard choice in pharmaceutical bulk drug production, food and beverage processing, fine chemical manufacture and dairy operations where cleaning in place regimes, high purity fluid handling and compliance with hygiene standards are mandatory.
Our Dairy and Pharmaceutical Pump variant is specifically configured for these cleanable, hygienic service conditions, with smooth internal surfaces, minimal dead zones and seal configurations appropriate for sterile or pharmaceutical grade fluid handling.
The back pullout centrifugal pump configuration is one of the most practically valuable design features in our process pump range. The back pullout principle allows maintenance technicians to remove the entire rotating element, including impeller, shaft, bearings, seal and back plate, as a single assembly from the rear of the pump, without disconnecting the suction or discharge pipework and without disturbing the pump casing, which remains bolted in the pipeline.
This design dramatically reduces the time and cost of routine maintenance, bearing replacement and seal servicing in process plant environments where pump downtime has a direct impact on production. The back pullout centrifugal pump is widely adopted in chemical plant, pharmaceutical and petrochemical facility design for precisely this reason.
Our Centrifugal Pump CF3 with Flanges is designed for direct integration into flanged piping systems, providing a secure, bolted connection at both suction and discharge that is leak resistant and easy to install and disconnect. The flanged interface is compatible with standard pipe flange drilling patterns, simplifying system design and procurement.
This pump variant is used across general utility services, circulation duties and process transfer applications where a reliable, flanged pump connection is required for system integrity and ease of maintenance.
Our centrifugal process pumps are engineered to deliver superior performance across the duty range with a design philosophy that prioritises reliability, maintainability and efficiency.
Heavy duty process design with robust casings and bearing frames handles the mechanical loads generated in continuous duty, high flow industrial service. Superior hydraulic efficiency reduces energy consumption for a given duty point, directly reducing operating costs over the life of the installation. The back pullout design simplifies inspection and maintenance, reducing the labour cost and downtime associated with routine pump servicing. High productivity is achieved from lower power input through optimised hydraulic design, and the robust construction delivers low maintenance requirements and long operating intervals between services.
Our centrifugal pumps have been validated in service with strongly oxidising and reducing chemicals across a wide range of temperatures and concentrations, confirming their suitability for the most demanding process plant environments.
Our centrifugal process pump range is in active service across a wide range of industries, including chemical process plants, fertiliser manufacturing, bulk drug and pharmaceutical production, heating and air conditioning plant, sugar processing, water supply and distribution, pulp and paper mills, cement plants, agriculture and textile operations, jet dyeing facilities, organic and inorganic liquid refineries, dyes and intermediates manufacturers, effluent treatment plants, cooling tower systems, fire fighting installations, power generation, steel plants, thermic fluid service, oil extraction and waste oil refining.
